New turnkey modification: Hand-mould circuit to ECO bricks circuit.

New milestone in sustainable brick production!

We are proud to share the successful commissioning of a new turnkey modification at one of our valued customers.
A traditional hand-mould circuit has been upgraded to produce ECO bricks.
These smaller bricks require less raw material and energy during drying and firing, while maintaining their distinctive hand-moulded appearance.

The technical challenge was the seamless synchronisation of the new equipment with the existing machinery.
Powered by MOVI-DRIVE Modular technology and MOVIKIT MultiMotion Camming, 18 of the 40 new drives interact with the existing machinery with high precision and real-time control.
The system also feeds braking energy back into the grid.
